Steve has been in the security integration industry since 1988. In addition to his experience and leadership in the sales, installation and service of sophisticated access control & CCTV integrations, he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Brent has been in the security industry since 1987 and with Open Options since its inception in 1998. He is currently responsible for all marketing and communications and directly involved in product management. Brent brings years of experience in access control, CCTV, and computer technology. He is also a graduate of the University of North Texas and a Microsoft MCP.

Jonathan has been with Open Options since 1999. He earned his MBA from LSU in 1992. Previous experience includes marketing for a HVAC manufacturer and he is currently directing sales where he believes Open Options has unlimited growth potential.

Roscoe Coffman

Director of Operations

Roscoe began his career in the security industry in 1982. Since then he has served in virtually every technical position from service technician to his current position. He is currently responsible for technical support operations and is involved in product design and product safety certification.

Gary oversees the software development effort for Open Options. As a programmer himself, Gary has developed numerous custom software applications for the security industry as well as parking, accounting, and sales quotation applications.

Taylor graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in both Business and Spanish. She works closely with the sales and marketing team to create a cohesive and effective marketing campaign for Open Options. She also serves as the event coordinator for all trade shows and company outings.

Ben is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in International Business. Prior to moving into sales, He served as Purchasing/Materials Manager for Open Options, providing him a broad knowledge of all the products and services offered by Open Options. Ben is responsible for sales in Texas and Oklahoma.

Scot comes to Open Options after gaining experience as an Account Manager for a litigation software company and as Safety Manager in the Oil and Gas Industry. He also graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in International Business.

Keith brings years of security industry experience to the Open Options team from companies such as Schlage Electronics, Westinghouse Security Electronics, Keri Systems, PCSC and Stanley Convergent Security. His experience includes business development, sales, marketing, product design and training. Keith is a graduate of the University of Kansas.

Charles brings 13 years of security industry experience to the Open Options team from companies such as SecurityLink, ADT, Boon Edam & Automatic Systems. His expertise includes sales, business development and customer service. Charles is a native of South Carolina and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

Bill brings over 15 years of security industry experience to the Open Options team from companies such as HID Global, Tyco and Salient Systems. His experience includes: national account management, business decelopment, sales, marketing, system design and training. Bill is a graduate of Widener University in Philadelphia, PA and is based in the Washington DC area.

William brings a wealth of knowledge to the team in the areas of customer service, computer networks, and systems technology. William has a degree in information systems and Business Mgmt. William is currently fullfilling the role of National sales engineer providing support for customers and the sales team.

Anthony graduated from Texas A&M in 2004 with a BBA in Finance. Before joining the Open Options team, Anthony gained experience as a Purchasing Representative for a nationwide manufacturer of imaging parts and supplies.

Sherinda brings years of diverse documentation development as well as
instructional design and technical training experience to Open Options. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of
Texas at Arlington.

Flavio comes to Open Options with over 15 years experience as a technical product support engineer in the telecommunciations industry. His knowledge of training, warranty and repair support, product development and customer service relations, within both domestic and international markets, will play a key role assisting the growth of the Training and Documentation organization.

Jeremy is a key member of the Open Options software development team. Among other things, he is directly involved in the development of several Open Options core products as well as custom interfaces.

Lane has a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has also worked in the telecommunications and internet service provider Industry. Lane provides technical support and software development and testing using the latest Microsoft tools.

Tony brings years of experience in software development from the telecommunications industry. Tony holds degrees in both computer science and electrical engineering and is a valuable member of the Open Options software development team.
